The company carries out returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection."
Return and Exchange Periods
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods.
Return shipping is arranged by agreement.
Conditions for Returning Goods of Proper Quality
The online store "Ita Dream" guarantees the right to return goods of proper quality that did not suit you and were not used within 14 days, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection. Exceptions are goods of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange according to the Cabinet of Ministers’ Resolution No. 172 dated March 19, 1994 (http://zakon3.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/172-94-%D0%BF).
A mandatory condition for return is that the goods were NOT used, and their commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved.
According to the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection," the company may refuse the consumer exchange or return of goods of proper quality if they belong to categories specified in the current List of Non-food Goods of Proper Quality not subject to return or exchange.
