We offer convenient and secure payment methods for individuals and legal entities.

Cash

  • Cash payment upon self-pickup from the warehouse.

Cash on Delivery

  • Payment for the goods upon receipt at the delivery service.
  • The cost of delivery and the fee for transferring funds are paid additionally according to the carrier’s tariffs.

Cashless Payment

For individuals

  • Payment by bank card.
  • When placing an order, select the payment method “Bank Card Payment”.

For legal entities and individual entrepreneurs

  • After the order is accepted, we issue an invoice for payment.
  • All required accounting documents are included with the order.
  • Please notify us of the payment by phone or email.
  • Shipment of goods is carried out after payment confirmation. Payments are made exclusively in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).

DELIVERY

We do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered quickly and conveniently.

Dispatch Timeframes

  • If the item is in stock and does not require branding — dispatch within 1–2 business days.
  • If the item requires branding — dispatch within 3–5 business days.
  • If the item needs to be manufactured — the timeframe is agreed individually with the manager.

Delivery usually takes 1 business day, sometimes up to 2–3 business days depending on the region.

Self-pickup

  • Free of charge — the fastest way to receive your order.
  • Warehouse address: Kropyvnytskyi, Kropyvnytskoho Street, 177.
  • Please arrange the pickup time with the manager in advance.

Delivery within Ukraine

Delivery is carried out according to the carriers’ tariffs.

Nova Poshta

  • Parcel locker — from 60 UAH
  • Branch — from 80 UAH
  • Courier delivery across Ukraine — from 100 UAH

Ukrposhta — according to the operator’s current tariffs.

  • Delivery service staff do not provide product consultations — please contact store managers with any questions.
  • After placing an order, a manager will confirm delivery details with you.
  • Delivery is not carried out without order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Upon receipt, please check that the goods match your order and that there is no damage.
