The online store “Ita Dream” carries out exchanges and returns of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

Return and Exchange Period

Return or exchange of goods is possible within 14 calendar days from the date the customer receives the goods, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

Conditions for Returning Goods of Proper Quality

Goods of proper quality may be returned or exchanged provided that:

  • the goods have not been used;

  • their original appearance, consumer properties, seals, and labels (if any) have been preserved;

  • a document confirming the purchase is provided.

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, the seller has the right to refuse the return of goods of proper quality if the above conditions are not met.

Goods Not Subject to Return or Exchange

Goods of proper quality that are included in the list of non-food products approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172 are not subject to return or exchange

Return Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must:

  1. Contact the online store using the contact details provided on the website and inform about the intention to return the goods.

  2. Agree on the method and address for return shipping.

  3. Send the goods according to the agreed conditions.

Return shipping is carried out by agreement of the parties.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the seller receives the goods and verifies compliance with the return conditions.

The refund is issued within up to 7 business days from the date the seller receives the goods, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

Funds are refunded using the same payment method as the original payment, or by another method agreed upon by the parties.

Refusal of Return

The online store has the right to refuse the exchange or return of goods of proper quality in cases provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, in particular if:

  • the goods have been used or show signs of damage;

  • the return period has been exceeded;

  • the goods belong to categories specified in the list approved by Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
